Life is Crazy

It occurs to me that it has been a loooooong time since I posted anything here. But so much has happened.  We moved over a year ago in to a beautiful house on some acreage and my husband has a great engineering job for a wonderful company. But with any move life gets out of hand for a while. We had to get set up for critters, which is still a work in progress, but the ground is too dry for any more fencing until we get some moisture to pound posts.  The house is slowly getting where I want it as well.  I have been having fun outside making new gardens and making plans for future ones.  We are getting peas, raspberries and tomatoes right now. I have a spectacular greenhouse.

This is last year, I need to update, its much nicer now!

Designing has been off and on for me as I find time.  I am now creating designs for the Nail Art Studio through Jamberry.  The are great nail wraps and I get my designs on them!  How fun is that. If you want to check it out I have links on the right side of the blog :)

I am still doing some fabric design as well as other surface design projects. I have just started entering contests through Printed Village which has been fun.  I hope to have more designs in the future.  I also started a Covered By Design~ Custom Designs facebook group for custom design requests.  Need a design?  Have a thought or suggestion? Join the group and let me know your thoughts.

One of my goals is to learn to paint better, most of my work is digitally based now and I would like to change that.  I am not sure what medium I even want to use but I just don't want to be afraid of trying.
My next goal is to actually keep up better with my blog ;)
